How does pricing work?

We charge by volume — how much room your items take up in the truck. You get a firm price before we start loading, with no changes once we begin.

Do I need to be home?

Not always. As long as our crew can access the items, we can complete the job and text you photos before and after.

How fast can you come?

Same-day and next-day slots are usually available. Booking before noon gives you the best shot at same-day pickup.

What can't you take?

We can't take hazardous materials — wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, motor oil, fuel, pesticides, or medical waste.

Do you handle heavy furniture and appliances?

Yes — couches, mattresses, refrigerators, washers, dryers, and standard household furniture are all part of the job.

What happens to my stuff after pickup?

We sort what we haul. Usable items go to local donation centers, recyclables go to certified facilities, and the rest is disposed of responsibly.
